Returns + Refunds

Due to the sexiness of Playtoy Lingerie, we reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from any customer at any time due to the following:
Return history that is excessive involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or “missing” items.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
  • Items must be returned with 14 days and must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must have all tags attached
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns. All returns must be made at your own expense.
  • Once your return has been received, you will receive an email notification. Please note it could take 3- 5 business days to show payment in your account.
  • We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your items to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the items, please contact us with proof the return package was delivered and will deep dive this issue for you.
