Thank you for pleasurable shopping experience with Playtoy Lingerie. It's important to us that you receive your enjoyment in a box with proper care and in a timely fashion. Please view our shipping policies below.
- Standard Domestic Shipping via USPS is $10.00. Transit time is 2-3 business days. Shipping fees are non refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Playtoylingerie.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost or returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from payment method used at time of purchase.
- Delivery claims: Playtoy Lingerie does not hold nor accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered the correct address provided at the time of purchase.
- Out of Stock: Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund for the items not in stock.
- Reserved Rights regarding shipping: While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences. Playtoy Lingerie reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. We do not change shipping addresses from the address that is on file at check out once the package has been dropped off for delivery.
